TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our Booking Terms and Conditions are designed to protect and ensure that your vacation experience in the Algarve is a smooth and enjoyable one. Count on us for a welcoming and professional stay.

Booking accommodation in any form implies acceptance of the following general conditions:

1. GUEST

The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. All guests included in the reservation must be properly identified (infants, children, and adults). The data of all foreign guests will be sent to SEF (Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service). Only guests mentioned in the reservation are allowed in the accommodation. The person responsible for the reservation will be responsible for the other guests, especially in complying with the accommodation rules.

2. PAYMENT

All reservations require a 50% deposit of the reservation amount. Payment can be made with a credit or debit card or via bank transfer within 24 hours of booking, subject to cancellation if not received. The remaining 50% must be paid up to 15 days before check-in, using a credit or debit card or via bank transfer, subject to cancellation and loss of the initial deposit if not received. The reservation is subject to payment acceptance by the banking entity.

3.BOOKING CONFIRMATION

After successfully completing the payment, the customer will receive the booking confirmation via email.

4. CANCELLATION and/or REFUND POLICY

This Cancellation and/or Refund Policy applies to all reservations:

  • 100% refund

    100% refund on cancellations made within 48 hours of booking (not applicable to bookings made less than 15 days before check-in) and up to 60 days before the check-in date;

  • 50% refund

    50% refund on cancellations up to 30 days before check-in (not applicable to bookings made less than 30 days before check-in);

  • Non-Refundable

    In all other cases, especially for non-refundable promotional rates, our cancellation policy does not provide for any refunds.

In exceptional situations, ENJOY VILAMOURA HOMES may offer the option to reschedule your booking, subject to availability and additional terms.

5. AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION
'NO-SHOW'

If the reservation holder does not check in by 11:00 AM the day after the scheduled check-in date and remains uncontactable, the reservation will be canceled due to a no-show. The reservation amount is non-refundable, and the accommodation will be made available for a new booking.

All information provided by the reservation holder is stored on a secure server. We ensure that only the reservations team will have access to this information and will only use it for processing the respective reservation or for communicating relevant promotions and offers.

The reservation holder agrees to inform ENJOY VILAMOURA HOMES of the number of individuals included in the reservation, not exceeding the maximum capacity of the accommodation in question. The reservation holder is aware that exceeding the permitted and/or reserved number of people is a violation of the accommodation contract and the local lodging license, and they will be held civilly and administratively responsible.

The accommodation is provided to the guest properly cleaned, and the guest agrees to return the accommodation reasonably clean, specifically without leftover food and trash. The accommodation is delivered with a change of towels and bed linen for the number of people in the reservation. The guest may use the washing machine to clean these items. ENJOY VILAMOURA HOMES may offer cleaning services for the accommodation subject to availability and an additional cost.

9. CHECK-IN

Check-in should be done from 4:00 PM onwards and by the reservation holder. Alternatively, it can be carried out by one of the reservation occupants as long as they are of legal age and this information is communicated in writing.

Check-out should be done by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is only available upon availability and when expressly authorized. For every 30-minute delay in departure, a charge of up to €50.00 may be applied.

All electrical appliances such as water, lights, and air conditioning must be turned off at check-out.

11.Security DEPOSIT

A security deposit of EUR 200.00 per stay will be charged, which must be made via bank transfer or paid in cash.

The full amount will be refunded within 7 days after the check-out date, unless damages to the apartment infrastructure, furniture and/or equipment are found, or in cases of extreme filth.

Failure to pay the security deposit amount will prevent check-in and the subsequent use of the accommodation.

In this case, no refund will be issued for any amount paid for the reservation.

The client agrees to leave the apartment in the same condition as it was found at the time of check-in, particularly concerning the preservation and arrangement of infrastructure, furniture, and equipment.

It is the guest's responsibility to wash the dishes used and dispose of their waste in an appropriate location.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in a charge for an additional fee.

Retentions from the security deposit may occur in the following cases:

12. RULES

It is prohibited to make noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Parties or events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. One small pet per reservation is allowed, subject to express agreement and payment of an extra cleaning fee of EUR 60.00. An additional fee of EUR 200 may be charged for non-compliance with these rules to cover potential coordination costs or compensation for subsequent guests.

If the guest requires an invoice, they must provide billing information at the time of booking. To issue the invoice, the following information is required: taxpayer identification number, name, and complete address.

Only occupants of the apartment are allowed to use the swimming pool; visitors are not permitted to stay in the pool area. Guests must adhere to all rules regarding pool usage.

ENJOY VILAMOURA HOMES reserves the right to refuse entry to a guest and accommodation if, upon arrival, the management reasonably believes that the guest is under the influence of alcohol or drugs or is behaving in a threatening, abusive, or unacceptable manner. ENJOY VILAMOURA HOMES also reserves the right to require a guest to leave if they are causing disturbances, bothering other guests or building staff, or behaving in an unacceptable manner. In these cases, ENJOY VILAMOURA HOMES will charge the full amount of the stay.

16.RESPONSIBILITIES AND LIMITATIONS

ENJOY VILAMOURA HOMES is not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage suffered by guests during their stay.

ENJOY VILAMOURA HOMES is not responsible for any disruptions in public services, such as electricity, water, or internet, that are beyond its control.

ENJOY VILAMOURA HOMES is not responsible for any inconveniences caused by natural events, such as bad weather, natural disasters, or unforeseeable events.

By making a reservation with ENJOY VILAMOURA HOMES, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions mentioned above. We recommend that you carefully read all the information provided before confirming the reservation. If you have any questions, please contact us for further clarification.
